Privacy draft
Status
This is a draft for review, not a finished privacy policy. Publish a final version before the pilot opens. The site operator named here is Memtack (operator). Confirm the legal entity before publication.
No contact address is invented on this page. The final policy should name one.
What this site is
memtack.com is a marketing site and a waitlist for Memtack. Memtack is shared project memory for a software team and its coding agents. The product itself does not have accounts on this site.
What the waitlist stores
If you submit the form, we store your email address, your team size, the agents you select, an optional note if you name another agent, the language of the page (English or Turkish), and the time of the submission.
We also store the IP address of the request and the time, so the same network cannot submit the form without limit. Those rate-limit records are deleted after about two hours. They are not part of the waitlist export we would use to write to you.
Why
The list exists so we can write to teams when the pilot opens. We do not sell the list, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Cookies and accounts
This marketing site does not set analytics cookies or advertising cookies. Joining the waitlist does not create a product account.
How long
Waitlist entries stay until the pilot list is deleted, or until a removal request can be honored. The final policy will name the address for removal requests. This draft does not invent an inbox.
Where it is stored
On Cloudflare, submissions are stored in a D1 database, or in Workers KV if that binding is used instead. Local development can store them in a file on the machine running the dev server. The final policy should name the hosting region once it is chosen.
