Terms draft
Status
This is a draft for review, not a contract. Do not treat it as legal advice. Governing law is not chosen in this draft.
The waitlist is not a purchase
Submitting the form adds an email to a waitlist. It does not buy the pilot, reserve a seat, or create an account. We may never open the pilot. We may write to the address you gave, or we may not.
Price
The team pilot is described as $49 a month. That number is informational. Payments are not connected. Polar is not set up. Nothing on this site charges a card.
The product
Memtack, when it is available, is shared project memory: context, decisions, notes, diagrams, and data models, read by coding agents over MCP, with a human-reviewed task flow tied to GitHub pull requests. This draft does not add features beyond that description.
The site
The pages are provided as they are. The privacy and terms texts are marked as drafts because they still need review.
